About

About.

Senior UX for systems-heavy product work, believable prototypes, and future-facing product direction.

I design UX systems that hold both strategic clarity and implementation reality. Each case here is structured so a reviewer can scan the narrative quickly, then inspect the underlying flow frames, prototypes, and runtime evidence without leaving the story.

The work spans ecommerce, telecom, nonprofits, healthcare concepts, and enterprise design systems. The constant is reducing complexity into decisions that are easier to understand, build, and scale.

Approach

How I work.

See the system

Cross-surface thinking for ecommerce, enterprise, content-delivery, and service design.

Tell it cleanly

Case studies that stay skim-friendly while exposing the proof beneath the story.

Ship with proof

Real flows, prototypes, specs, and artifacts that reduce interpretation cost across teams.

Background

What shaped it.

Career Reach

Reach.

I’ve led UX across enterprise, mid-market, and startup contexts, including Microsoft, T-Mobile, AtmosFX, and nonprofit work. The throughline is translating technical possibility into clearer product direction across web, mobile, and service experiences.

That range includes a Microsoft Gold Star Award for executive-vision work, along with sustained collaboration across product, content, research, and engineering teams.

Data-Driven Prototypes

Proof.

I prefer interactive prototypes fed by believable or live-ish data, because static mockups rarely expose the edge cases that matter. That approach helps teams test workflows, not just surfaces.

Across ecommerce, enterprise, and concept work, that has meant designing around real catalogs, dashboards, pricing structures, and content systems so decisions can be reviewed in something closer to the shipped experience.

AI + Automation

Leverage.

Recent work has gone deeper on AI-assisted workflows and automation that support UX practice. The goal is pragmatic leverage: remove repetitive setup cost and increase what can be explored earlier.

That builds on earlier experimentation with emerging product concepts and helps connect systems thinking with the next generation of digital tools.

Beyond Screens

Range.

Outside of product work, I build and bend instruments, study visual storytelling, and obsess over clear information design. Those influences expand how I think about rhythm, interaction, and expression without making the work indulgent.

It also shapes how I mentor and collaborate: practical, curious, and measured. Creativity matters most when it makes the experience clearer, more human, and more memorable.

Signal

Find Signal.

I start by separating signal from noise: what the business needs, where users are getting blocked, and which decisions will actually move the experience forward.

Structure

Hold Together.

The strongest outcomes usually come from coherent systems, not isolated screens. I look for the relationships between flows, components, content, and delivery constraints.

Delivery

Surface Edge Cases.

I like using live-ish data, believable artifacts, and production-shaped prototypes so teams can see friction before engineering spends cycles on the wrong thing.

Evidence

Keep Proof Close.

A recruiter should be able to skim quickly, and a product team should be able to dig deeper. That’s why I structure work so outcomes, rationale, and artifacts stay linked.
